"I am writing to you to let you know again how pleased our family is with the replacement deck, gazebo, and back porch that your team just completed for us in Sister Bay. Your Project Manager (Dave) was a pleasure to work with. His communication skills are excellent. Good Project Managers with these skills are hard to find in general based on our experience with our primary home in Illinois. We did not meet the team that built the deck structure, yet again we are very happy with how well the infrastructure was put together. The team that installed the railing and skirting, and assembled the gazebo were phenomenal. Mediocre directions came with the gazebo kit however Scott, Dick, and Lynn persevered and they did a beautiful job. They are truly craftsman and you are so very lucky to have them on your team. Now that the project is almost finished, Fowzi and I wanted to express our thanks for a job well done. The two additions are magnificent, and we have received many, many compliments about the overall look, workmanship, and design. The project turned out very well.
